Under the sign of the rose
In the middle of the small mining town of Sangerhausen, on a spacious hill with a view of the "Hohe Linde", lies our Europa-Rosarium. Founded in 1903 by dedicated rose growers, the grounds have developed into a diverse, extensive park. Of course, the roses are the centre of attention: 8600 rose species and varieties can be found here, 80,000 rose bushes in total. And the Rosarium also shows its beauty beyond the magic of the blossoms: our collection of woody plants attracts visitors to the park all year round, and within the framework of "Rose meets Art", the grounds have developed into an open-air gallery for art lovers. Where there is so much beauty to see, the day becomes an event - all the more so for the many couples who get married in the Rosarium. The location could not be more fitting.
